About the research

The study provides a developing evidence base on the structure and experience of family businesses in Slovakia. The public report presents selected preliminary results across legal form, year of establishment, sector, business size, turnover, active generations, succession planning, equality, governance needs and regional barriers. As data collection is still in progress, the findings should be read as preliminary and may change in the completed study.
