Assoc. Prof. Dipl. Ing. Monika Naďová Krošláková, PhD is a global voice for family business stewardship. As an academic, speaker, and advisor, her work bridges generations, cultures, and governance models to help family enterprises thrive sustainably across time.
Her research explores succession, continuity, and the unique emotional dynamics that shape family-run organisations. Through teaching, collaboration, and advocacy, she has supported countless family firms across Central and Eastern Europe and beyond.
